Added Offline Mode. Now PC Lock® can work Ez OFF like without connecting to the server. This allows to use PC Lock® where Internet Connection is not available or you wan't to use a software other then PC Lock® Administrator to access remote PCs. You can use PC Lock® Client only in order to control Desktop or Laptop access time.
